    Source

    Curated shortlist from 500+ vetted China factories.

    You send us your spec sheet, target price, and timeline. Within 5–10 working days we return a shortlist of 3–6 factories ranked on capability, capacity, and historical reliability.

    We work from our network of 500+ pre-vetted factories — Guangzhou, Foshan, Yiwu, Shenzhen. No cold sourcing from Alibaba listings; everyone in our network has been physically walked.

  2. 02

    Verify

    Background, registration, banking, trade history.

    Before any wire, we run a full documentation pass: business licence on China's national registry, registered capital check, export licence validity, bank account ownership match, and trade history with India.

    For first-time engagements above ₹10L we also run an on-ground physical audit before PO signing.

    What you get

  3. 03

    Inspect

    Factory audit + pre-shipment QC against agreed spec.

    Our QC engineer visits the factory during production for in-process inspections, then conducts AQL pre-shipment QC against your spec sheet before container loading.

    You see photos, video, and a structured AQL report. Production does not move to shipping until you sign off.

    What you get

    • ✓Defect categorisation: critical / major / minor

  4. 04

    Ship

    Freight booking, container consolidation, sea or air.

    We book freight directly with shipping lines (we don't mark up forwarders). For partial loads we consolidate with other client containers to reduce per-unit freight.

    Sea: 22–35 days transit. Air: 5–7 days. You see container ID, vessel, ETA from day one.

    What you get

    • ✓Booking confirmation with container + vessel ID
    • ✓Original BL or telex release as needed
    • ✓ETA tracker updated daily until arrival

  5. 05

    Clear

    Indian customs clearance, duty optimisation, paperwork.

    We file the Bill of Entry, classify HSN, optimise duty where legally available (FTA / preferential), and clear at JNPT / Mundra / Chennai — whichever serves your warehouse fastest.

    All duty figures shared before you pay; no surprises at clearance.

  6. 06

    Deliver

    Final-mile to your warehouse. One owner. No finger-pointing.

    Trucking from port to your warehouse, photo proof of delivery, and post-arrival reconciliation against the shipped manifest.

    If anything is short, damaged, or off-spec, we open the claim and run it through to resolution. You have leverage on the supplier we have — you don't.
